If you've ever battled a flea infestation, you know it's something you never want to experience again. You'll be happy to know that with PROGRAM (lufenuron) Tablets for dogs and Suspension for cats, flea infestations can be prevented. That's why we recommend that you use PROGRAM before you see fleas.

Prevention is so simple

PROGRAM is the only once-a-month oral flea control. It works by stopping the development of flea eggs to prevent and control infestations. Just one dose, once a month at mealtime. Best of all, PROGRAM provides continuous protection, which can't wash out or accidently fall off.

Because fleas can survive over winter, we recommend you give your pet PROGRAM once a month, year-round, without interruption.

If your pet already has fleas

If your pet already has a flea infestation, we can recommend products to use temporarily, along with PROGRAM, to speed control. It's also possible that pets on PROGRAM may be exposed to new fleas. Although these new fleas will not be able to reproduce and will soon die off without causing an infestation, they may cause your pet discomfort. We'll be happy to prescribe a product that kills adult fleas which you can keep on hand for occasional use.
